Melbourne surf shop - located just past the posse of kids practicing their break dancing in Tivoli arcade - is a stalwart of the Melbourne fashion landscape. The last of 13 suburban stores that operated during the 1980s, it is packed to the rafters with unsold stock from this former retail empire.
Within the racks of fluorescent surf wear also hides the odd tour t-shirt for seminal ‘80s bands like BROS, Dire Straits and even Poison. So, regardless of what aspect of ‘80s 'culture' you identify with, this strange time capsule has something for all tastes.
