Around this time of year we like to complain about how early the sun goes down and, sadly, days don't get shorter than they do this weekend. Yep it's winter solstice. But, semi-depressed Melburnians, think of it like this - short days mean long nights - and, let's face it, we all have more fun when the sun is down. This Saturday is the shortest of the year, which means more time to drink and dance (and smoke!) with friends and a few happy-go-lucky bogans at the Winter Solstice Disco.
