Conor O'Brien was born in South Africa, raised in Perth, has lived in Sydney and Vancouver and now resides in Melbourne. A recent member of The Serpents, he has just released Westside, his third photography book (after Where The Heart Is and Oh No I Think I'm Falling) and his first on Serps Press.

Westside is the fruit of a year living by the beach in Perth, an amazing compilation of landscapes, portraits and observations that has been exhibited (in part) at Monster Children Gallery in October this year and will go on to show in Melbourne and Perth. This book is a beautiful thing to behold and at $13, you must have rocks in your head to miss it...
