Is Not Magazine is a dash cunning publication which you have probably already seen pasting the walls of this city. It's compiled by a gaggle of local sorts and covers everything from short fiction to poetry and crosswords. It's innovative, sardonic, creative, irreverent and impractical for reading in bed which is why you should definitely take some time out to read one when you see it on a wall.
