Description:
Fans of The Books are crazy. They're about as devoted as you can get to a band before you start tattooing Jerry Garcia's face on your ass during the second encore of the 100th time you've seen the Dead (it's a tradition, really). But for some reason, although the Sydney shows have been sold out since Jesus was alive, the two Melbourne shows still have tickets. It's unfathomable especially when this is the first time they have been to the land down under and while they're working on a new album the dudes at Popfrenzy have been saying the shows will be full of back-catalogue hits. Guess it's time to see them before they put out something bad then, right? - PC
