Description:
You may not know that the very building in which ThreeThousand is produced has a long-standing history with matters of ‘defence' and ‘Russia'. That's because the members of The Australian Communist Party valiantly defended their Curtin House Headquarters against the Police just before WWII. It was a mighty battle in the stairwell, second only to battling a tanked man in a suit on Friday night. To celebrate all things authentically Russian and the Defenders of the Motherland public holiday, Stolichnaya and Rooftop Cinema are banding together to screen The Hunt For Red October this Saturday. If you order a Stoli up on the roof between now and then you may even win free tickets to the VIP back deck where you shall be plied with Russian food and of course the Motherland's finest vodka.
