A tedious google search of ‘Wednesday night + Melbourne’ reveals little more than “where’s the beef” Mexican nights and the night markets with those questionable performances by the police band. Despite this strong competition, the kids at Shit Town are starting a secret new night every Wednesday - Oooh Shit (see the connection?). This will have YOU starting a dance revolution to tunes set by arguably the city’s best DJ’s, Andie Tan perhaps with Liz, and Yehyo. Regardless, the night is new, the sounds are shit hot and though I don’t know him personally, Jonah says it will be “off the hook” and I believe in Jonah.
