T-shirts are the best thing that ever happened to you, and now Kick Gallery is celebrating that special day you pushed through a neck hole, with an exhibition called ‘Fresh Prints'. They did it last year too. They do it every year. Where have you been? The launch will be held in the Kick Gallery and garden, and will feature limited edition artist designed Ts. A stone throw from the T-shirt show, Paul Pirie and Jewels Stevens will be launching individual shows in a brand new warehouse-come-gallery-come-Jake who owns Kick Gallery's pad type space. Here are some adjectives from their respective press releases: Symphonic, atmospheric, jagged, clashing. You love art. Go. - JC

ThreeThousand is a subcultural guide to Melbourne, published daily and fired by email weekly. It is compiled by an amorphous gaggle of Melbourne writers, stylists, designers and photographers who all like huddling under that big umbrella we like to call creativity. Without editorial independence ThreeThousand has nothing. All editorial you read is featured because it's worth it - not because it's paid for.
