Now we love Jimmy Hawk, who doesn't? Golden chords, countrified pop/folk. You feel like your living right in Echo Park, LA! He's launching his new EP, Born on a Mountain, this Saturday night at the Grace Darling's pristine-but-not-for-long new bandroom. But the other event we want to mention that's happening at the Grace this weekend is Friday night fish 'n' chips! That's right, Mace called and told us they're going to be serving fish 'n' chips out of newspaper cones, out of the kitchen window on Friday nights from now on!
