As a young boy I had a vivid imagination: I saw animals in clouds, had imaginary pet samurai sidekicks and would transform my bangers and mash dinners into fantastical, abstract scenarios. That was, all before The Wooden Spoon... These days I'm a dull, lifeless employee to the system and have to walk up six flights of stairs to get my daily Jager hit.

It's nice to be able to go and check out art shows again, after a good couple of months of - what have we been doing? I can't remember! West Space is always a good spot to see work that is engaging, thought-provoking and varied. This group of exhibitions seems to be no exception. Wanda Gillespie explores a trance-inducing Tana Swiwi ceremony from the lost island of Tana Swiwi, Tori Nimmervoll did a bunch of surveys on certain objects in people's homes, then made 3D graphs of them, while Shay Minster looks to have got a crazy blow up clown made, the kind that sit out the front of car yards.
