The answer, however, might never come to light because the Fabs are going on a 30-date US tour and this is their only Australian launch for 7 Songs. Let's give them a send off they'll remember so they come back to us, with or without waxing rash.

F.I.S.T. (Friends in Shit Together)
Always makes a future kind of phonic music exclusively composed of vocal sounds. Like Brion Gysin's Dream Machine, his spinning tracks seem to affect the alpha rhythms of the human brain, allowing listeners new access to hidden imaginative capacities. Throughout F.I.S.T., segmented pieces of voice are slowly run through endless, looping possibilities of order, creating layer upon layer of hypnotic, implied meanings.

Tireless music personality and friend of ThreeThousand and nownow, Michael Kucyk (AKA Nervous Jerk) holds up an ingenious mirror for us to see with the new concept album compilation, ESP. Assembled more along the lines of an obsessive fanzine or curated visual art show than your regular label sampler - ie: with planned, combinative aesthetic effect - this document stages new meaning to the music of more than 20 acts in a spirit of positive unification.
