Description:
Krautrock legend Mani Neumeier returns to the Toff after bringing the trans-national Acid Mothers Guru Guru here earlier in the year. The drummer who's jammed with Eno and Cluster is going to do two sets - one solo and one with local identities. Joining Mani is the so-called '10-piece brutal orchestra' Vampilla, making their first trip to Australia to bring their epic noise show to our shores.

Description:
When Maximum Arousal presents Rafael Toral, The Toff will fill up with the grinding, buzzing soundscapes born out of his experimentation. Toral describes himself a composer rather than a performer, having studied electrical circuitry at institutions across Amsterdam and New York. Toral's fascination for exploring the vocabulary of sounds determined by unconventional instruments will be supported by two of Melbourne's sound artists.
