Description:
Footscray's Stockbridge spans the Maribyrnong, connecting the western oasis to the mainland. It used to actually be a stock bridge, then a foot bridge, and now thanks to the guerilla knitters behind the Big Knit (part of the Big West Festival), it's becoming a giant leg warmer! To celebrate this oddity, a mass flashdance is being staged across the bridge, complete with preceding dance lessons and accompanying tunes from DJ Fiona Scott Norman.
