Saya and Ueno Takashi from Japan's Tenniscoats are here in Melbourne going 'Why does everything smell like smoke you guys? This is worse than when they were filming Tokyo drift outside our apartment.' Just kidding. They're actually rehearsing for their show at The Toff, which will be eccentric pop meets shimmery folk songs from their albums Totemo Aimasho, Tan Tan Therapy, Live Wanderus and the recent collaboration with Japanese electronic act Secai.
