If you lived in Sydney a few years ago and ordered a pizza, you may have had the pleasure of opening the door to see Jack Ladder standing there holding your stuffed-crust supreme. Description:
The thing that most people know Juana Molina for is her incredibly beautiful, atmospheric, folk ballads. What isn't common knowledge is that she is also a comedic actress. Too bad it's all in Argentinian Spanish and so not at all funny. This problem doesn't apply to the music however, because it is completely heartbreaking in any language.

The main difference between Jess Cornelius and all your other favourite indie artists is that she CAN sing AND play her instrument. She actually has a degree in both. Hailing from Wellington, NZ, Jess Cornelius has been part of many groups but has just struck out on her own under the moniker Teeth & Tongue.
