There's no two ways about it; IKEA is a complete nightmare. Screaming kids, doddering geriatrics, grey-faced husbands, deranged nest-maker wives blinking too much and darting about like hummingbirds... it's enough to make you rely on cinder blocks and hard-rubbish forever, or just run a nice hot bath for you and the toaster.

OK, so the breakfast only goes from 9.30am till 10.30am. This is weird because IKEA opens at 10am, but the restaurant opens at 9.30am. So when you go in they actually say "you can't go in yet". But if you say "I'm going to the restaurant" you can go in.

For $2 you get bacon, sausage and eggs, only scrambled eggs.
