Sarah McNeill sounds like a curious creature. By day, she illustrates critters of the forest and plays on her blog; by night, she retreats under her desk where she sleeps on a bed of piled-up blankets. McNeill has managed to land real estate in the gallery above Brunswick Bound, proving that, even though she might be a only a few skipped showers away from hoboville, she is a practising artist with something to give.

Like Mr Whippy looking forward to 41-degree day, we get giddy anytime we hear about Tai Snaith putting on a show. She’s earned our love over the years with her wonderfully wacky performance art – remember this, and this?. She’s articulated her imagination and illustrative skill in exhibitions like the Lenko Art Show earlier in ‘07 where she painted the loved-by-all Hooraffe (half giraffe, half horse) on a wall in the Carlton Hotel studios.
Many people have said it: "Why is there no tram from Brunswick to Fitzroy, maybe with a super stop at Carlton?" (Mental note: whoever setup that shuttle bus service would be sitting on a fortune, especially if they had a mini-bar and Gold 104.)
Meanwhile, reasons to stay in Brunswick multiply by the day.
