Fat might have turned ten, but these girls aren't coasting on the double figures. For a decade, they have been working for a better-looking Melbourne. Their racks have remained full of cutting-edge designs and they've kicked off some fancy careers.
As part of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, Fat are showcasing a collection of limited-edition t-shirts by their friends: Alpha 60, Bassike, Beat Poët, Chronicles of Never, Claude Maus, Dress Up, Friedrich Gray, Ksubi, Maryon, PAM, Princess Tina, Reiss Radvanyi, Romance Was Born, Self Help and TV.
Between one and thirty copies of each design will be available to those who manage to run for the tram, bust into GPO and withstand the tidal pull of free goon to browse the exhibition. What's better than a nice t-shirt? A nice t-shirt that no-one else will ever be wearing, that's what.
