Hatsumi's Laundry
It could be the bedroom-eyed babe (lying around her empty apartment in ruched underwear, knotted shirts or no shirt at all) that makes Hatsumi's Laundry so appealing. It could also be the fact that designer Jemma Aickin recruited fellow Melbourne-based photographer Paul Barbera to take the naturally inviting pictures of said babe.
However, we know that it's the carefully-stitched angel wings, giant bows on butts, love-heart cut-outs and hand-sewn buttons and beads that elevate these intimates above the average cottontail.
Knickers are custom-made from a sheer, light-weight cotton voile or baby muslin. These fabrics feel soft against the skin, while elastic shirring flirts with naked curves. Home viewings available via invitation.
