It's true that the sushi roll doesn't need to be more convenient, which begs the question: Is the sushi burger a backwards step, or a challenge to burger joints around the world?
Between a seaweed-wrapped rice bun you will find fillings such as Hamburg (steak), Vegetable Tempura, Yakiniku (grilled beef), Ebi mayo, Kano croquette, Teriyaki eel, and Teriyaki chicken laced with a special sauce and Japanese mayo (see diagram).
Fresh, convenient, cheap, satisfying, the Sushi Burger will make other burgers feel like harakiri.
