Mad Mex
Conventional wisdom holds that Mexicans come from the South, so how do you explain it when one that you've only seen up North in Sydney arrives in Melbourne? Well the thing is you can't explain it - but you can be grateful for it.
Mad Mex takes all the good things about Mexico: flavour, cheapness, Corona, and funny accents, while eschewing the bad things like disorganisation, drug lords and dirtiness.

From what I've heard, whenever food-loving Melburnians visit New York they come back with a passion for opening a Mexican Restaurant. After a while life takes hold, they go eat some Pho and forget all about it. Nay, we are left to fend for ourselves with the old el paso burrito kit and a heavy handed approach to sour cream.
Celebrity-Non-Chef #2, Peggy Wang
Peggy Wang plays keyboards and sings in Brooklyn pop quartet The Pains of Being Pure at Heart - a band which Lauren from FREEWilliamsburg describes as having "a fuzzy, pop sensibility that recalls My Bloody Valentine but puts me in a much nicer mood." Peggy is also the editor of BuzzFeed‚ which, if you know anything at all, is where we get all our COOL links, except the ones Max finds.
