141 Greeves St, Fitzroy

Felix is someone you'd recognise from around about. But now he has his own cafe, so you'll be able to say 'Hey, it's Felix, from that place on Greeves Street!'
His new cafe/bar, Felice's, is awesome in a Handsome Steve's House of Refreshment kind of way. It has a pared-back Italian coffee house thing going on (smoky mirrors, cute red sugar bowls, wood panelling, handmade pastries). It's not whimsical at all, in fact it's a whimsy-less oasis, but it makes you feel like you're in an Italian version of Amelie, if they had a scene with Collingwood hipsters.
There's table football, they have rolls for lunch and they've kept the giant model aeroplane that used to hang from the roof when it was 20th Century Pieces. Go to Felice's if you want to get an espresso, an espresso with grappa, an espresso with Sambuca, a nice midday glass of red, a nice midday bottle of Coopers Red, and absolutely no bullshit.
Venue: Bar
