Unhappy with health food stores looking like ‘80s Martha Stewart sets, foodie Tom and health practitioner Prue have self-designed a gorgeous, community-minded store, stocked with organic ingredients, fresh produce, and other convenient bits and pieces.
Not only that, but they have also spent time thinking about the aesthetics of the goodies they sell. It's easy to wander around staring wide-eyed at everything before you remember that people at home are waiting for that Tasmanian Miellerie honey that has been extracted from wild beehives and left unheated to ensure retention of medicinal goodness.
