There really isn't too much cracking on Bridge Road. Unless you are looking for a skirt that only just covers your rude bits or you feel like doing battle with Albury Wodonga's Competitive Shopping Team. Things do get a little more palatable when you cross Church Street: The Richmond Farmer's Markets for fresh veg, Living Edge should you want to casually buy an Eames chair and now Bosisto's Liquor Bar... a beacon of good things in an otherwise dark strip of food and beverage schlock.
We could tell you what's on the menu, but there is nothing less satisfying than a sentence that describes food. Instead let's mention the following points of note:
- These guys have the meanest looking meat slicer you have ever seen. It looks like a Ferrari for smallgoods.
- The highlight of the wine list is actually at the ‘goon' by the glass for $5.
- Tom Rattigan of Double Happiness and New Gold Mountain fame is involved so you can safely assume that it will be a good experience.
- Their coat rack looks like a polka-dot caterpillar.
- It hasn't been discovered in a big way just yet so you can still get a seat.
